The Story

Electro showed up in Amazing Spider-Man #9 in 1964, a lineman who took a freak jolt while repairing power lines and walked away able to generate and throw current. The green and yellow starburst mask is one of the most recognizable silhouettes in the Silver Age rogues gallery, and the character has stayed in rotation ever since, through the Sinister Six, the Ultimate line, and two live action versions.

The Marvel Mightys sculpt keeps the classic costume and adds motion: an idle loop plus a tap animation that runs lightning between his hands. It is the kind of piece that reads well in AR next to the other Spider-Man villains rather than sitting still on a shelf.
