The shares are calculated straight from the minted counts. A small number of editions may have been burned by holders since launch, so the live circulating figure for any tier can sit just under the number it started at, but the ladder itself has not changed.

How the tiers actually differ
The first three tiers are static poses. Common, Uncommon and Rare are the same character in three different frozen moments, and the value gap between them is supply, not motion. If you want a Spider-Man that stands on a shelf and looks the part, any of the three does the job and the Common does it cheapest to find.
The break happens at Ultra Rare. The Animated and the Ultimate Animated are the only two sculpts that move, and the Ultimate builds on the Ultra's animation rather than repeating it: the spin, then a leap, then the web fires. That is the real reason the top of the ladder holds attention. It is not only scarcer, it does something the other three cannot.
Market context
This was a paid tiered drop, not a blind box, so buyers chose the tier they wanted at list rather than pulling blind. The launch prices climbed with rarity, from the Common up to the Secret Rare, but those were 2021 numbers and the secondary market has moved every year since. What a given tier trades at today depends on the sculpt, the serial number, and what other collectors have listed that week, so the edition counts above are a far better read on scarcity than any launch price.

If you want the piece that moves: the Animated at 2,500 or the Ultimate Animated at 1,000. They are the only two sculpts in the release with motion, and the Ultimate is the fuller animation of the two.
If you want the scarcest tier in the set: the Ultimate Animated at 1,000 editions, one part in thirty-two of the run and the only sculpt that never crossed five figures.
