The Story

The Lamborghini Huracán launched in 2014 as the successor to the Gallardo, carrying the marque's naturally aspirated 5.2-liter V10 into a new decade. Across its run it became one of the best-selling Lamborghinis ever, spawning everything from the all-wheel-drive Performante to the rear-drive purists' favorites.

The STO featured here is the sharpest of them. Short for Super Trofeo Omologata, it is a road-legal track car drawn directly from the Huracán Super Trofeo EVO and GT3 EVO race machines. Rear-wheel drive, a 631-horsepower V10, a single-piece front clamshell, a roof snorkel, and a fixed rear wing the size of a coffee table. It is the closest thing Lamborghini sold to a GT3 car with plates, which is exactly why it makes such a striking collectible.

VeVe tags every piece First Edition, its marker for a genuine platform debut. The digital sculpt keeps the STO's race-car details intact, and four two-tone liveries split the set across the rarity tiers, so the paint scheme you pull decides where your car lands.

The Four Variants

The blind box held four liveries of the same Huracán STO, each pulled at longer odds as the rarity climbs. The white-and-blue entry was the easy get, the green-and-orange Secret Rare was the chase.

Edition Breakdown

6,604 editions total across the four liveries. VeVe records two burned editions on the entry Bianco Asopo, so the circulating float is a shade under the minted count.

Market Context

The Huracán STO dropped in Season 5 at a $70 list price with an 8.50% market fee. At 6,604 total editions it is the largest of the early Lamborghini blind boxes, but the spread is what counts: the Verde Citrea Secret Rare at 640 editions is the scarce one, and the 12.13-to-1 pull odds made it the hardest livery to land at retail.

The First Edition status is permanent. However many Huracán trims or colors VeVe releases later, this February 2023 STO set will always be the model's digital first. All VeVe collectibles now live on the Collect blockchain following the January 2026 migration, with secondary trading through the in-app market and the StackR marketplace.

Collector's Note

The Huracán is the V10 that carried Lamborghini through the 2010s, and the STO is its track-focused peak. For collectors who already own the diecast or scale model, this is the digital first to sit alongside them. It slots in next to the V12 firsts on the platform, from the first Murciélago NFT to the wedge that started it all, the first Countach NFT.

The Verde Citrea Secret Rare is the trophy, but the Rosso Epona Ultra Rare at exactly 1,000 editions is a strong middle-ground buy: race-car looks without Secret Rare pricing.
